have you ever looked at the media attention paid to a recipeient of your scholar rescue program„
especially in their own country.. If these people were truly oppresed , unique , resuce worthy ,
did any local or noationla publication pick up theirl leaving, and more omportantly include a gov't
response / even to denounce his/her work departure etc. or were most truly singular non events
in terms of stirring up trouble.
