Dear Peggy and Jeffrey,
I hope that you are both well!
I have received word back from all the properties and we have been able to negotiate postponement of the trip without
any cancellation penalties under the following conditions:
• The total amount of this trip (land arrangements only) must be applied to travel completed by December 31st, 2009.
• Once the new dates have been confirmed there will be 100% forfeiture of trip cost in the event of cancellation. No
further postponement will be allowed.
• Travel Insurance must be purchased once trip is confirmed.
In regards to the international air for and I am still sorting out the cancellation and change fees with the
airline and will have more information in that regard next week.
Please let me know if you have any questions before then.
