I am concerned that as you want to be in the restaurant business, a business that requires
skill and discipline and following strict recipes guidelines, procedures„ that you are spending your
time looking at land „ have been unable to cook, have decided once again do try things your way
as oppposed to following recipes.. I want you to do well. im not sure what is troubling you, you
buy magazines about food, read about farms, and when it comes time to actually do things, you
revert back to methods that have failed repeatedly,
