This is why I asked to have these conversations face to face but you delay, cancel, avoid and my patience ran out. It's my
fault. I am disappointed you find it so hard to believe that I could be doing something tight, but I see a difference, other
people around me see it and I feel pretty good about my progress. I finally have a great understanding of who I am. who I
want to be and what I need to work on. So while I am aware there is room for improvement, your email doesn't have much
