Yes I did all this stuff, I had my consultaton the day before yesterday and they
said they should and
I was dissapointed because but they said that
all the procedures will be 4100 $ for both of them and
half year service included. I even took the document.and I took the payment
sheet from my university I signed a paper that I can pay later I opened the bank
account but they said if the person want to make the transfer it is better to do
by western union online, because there are a lot of problems with Banks
concerning transactions from abroad and getting cash, banks always say there is
no cash right now either make very big percent.
