We could alter the base investment II to elbn and then have a callout box
delineating the potential scope of investment (ie up to 20%). Does that work?
With regards to a translation into Chinese, it would be possible.
We would need to articulate the recommended approach strategy (ie State Council
and downwards) to Fang Fang and Wenjie to get them in the loop.
Would you be free for a call early next week with them to discuss the
strategy/get their buyin?
