Jeffrey,
Universal can usually work any trip miracle to obtain over flights and landing
permissions,. I received a message from Universal below, the can't combine two
destination airports such as Senegal / Cape Verde, and obtain over flight for
Gambia Bissua and Guinea, small african nations that we need and always obtain
overflights for.
Just to let you know a lot goes on behind the seen in these sensitive areas to
obtain all our clearances.
GOOY-Senegal
DIAP-Abidjan
GVAC-Cape Verde

Hello Larry,
the problem is that we have duplicate permits for legs DIAP-GOOY and DIAP-GVAC
Currently we have permits Guinea Bissau, Guinea and Gambia requested on the DIAP-
GOOY leg.
If it changes to DIAP-GVAC we will need to transfer permits to that leg.
For the leg Diap-GVAC you will need a Senegal permit so I requested that permit.
I also revised
GVAC land permit for tomorrow instead of 19 Jan..if we need to we can revise
again.
Do you have any idea on schedule so we can revise the permits if needed?
If operating DIAP-GOOY will you still depart 0730 local or was that only for DIAP-
GVAC option?
