Good morning Ms. Brennan,
Please accept this informal response to your November 28, 2011 letter
(with plan and cost layouts) to Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA") with
request to expand the approved Cyril E. King Airport ("CEKA") "fueling
area" for TWC, LLC.
Your request has been forwarded to appropriate VIPA staff for due
consideration and action.
Once a final determination is made, VIPA will notify TWA, LLC accordingly.
I will remain involved, including follow-up with said VIPA staff and as
directed in-house, as to our deliberation and decision in this matter. I will
also maintain direct communication with TWA, LLC's point person in these
affairs, Larry Visoski; so that these matters can move forward in as smooth
and timely a fashion as possible for an agreeable conclusion. (For quick
reference, I have attached said November 28, 2011 letter, etc.)
