Hi Larry,
Pretty much our sentiments as well, based on the offer price and all the mods he was requesting.
Our original offer to Chris was a net US$1,850,000 firm but as always the buyer wants to negotiate.
We will send them a reply and see what happens.
In the meantime we will continue to work behind the scenes to locate buyer with deeper pockets.
