While trying to get the Ipad up, she realized she needed to upgrade the software for her laptop.
She purchased the software, but it won't load because her CD drive is broken. She can have
the drive repaired for about $160-$190. She also needs a new back up bard drive, about $69.
It is an old computer, but she says she is quite happy with it.
