Ellis agreed to host a lunch and invite Jeffrey to meet Dr. Ian Lipkin, the John Snow Professor of
Epidemiology, Professor of Neurology and Pathology at the Mailman School of Public Health and
College of Physicians and Surgeons, at Columbia University (www.cii columbia edu7). Both Ellis
and Dr. Lipkin arc available on Wednesday, September 28 and Thursday, September 29. Would
