(I tried to send an email about an hour ago but I don't think it went out and I'm
at a conference in Canada without my laptop so retyping it, apologies if in
duplicate)
Rich and I spoke and as much as I am reluctant to speak for him I will attempt to
summarize our discussion in the interest of moving things forward:
- the company has turned the corner and will be in a position following the IRS
settlement to resume debt servicing in the fourth quarter and/or to refinance my
debt with convertible debt' both of which would inure to your benefit
- I am expecting to raise my salary back to its previous level which would allow
me to allocate some of my additional income to paying down my debt
- In the interest of immediately demonstrating my commitment to making good on my
obligation to you I could begin making small payments (hundreds of dollars), I
dont have much right now
- I would like to have the lien removed today so that I can live and eat and pay
rent this weekend
