Brice made a mistake ,he had made the previous orders for jute and when reordering he referred
to the wrong kind of soil protection material which we had also bought in the past.
I don't have a recommendation of a procedure to eliminate this error from occurring,

why is brice involved in this at all.
Brice sent a request to purchase Erosion protection to Jack from American Export
and when it got delivered to LSJ he realized he ordered the wrong
stuff and really wanted to order Jute Matting for landscaping so we
had to ship it back to the states and get it to the vendor who charged a
stocking fee of 20 percent and gave us credit for the remaining
$3,750. So we ended losing $3,078.58 in this whole process for this
one purchase.
