Omar told me he will be done with the master steps in 3 weeks and he is back to help us meet the deadline

I am running actuals on our crews cost per ft. Tom and I estimated that our crew would be $37,000 for the
hell wall and would take 7 weeks starting in october as they are scheduled thru sept.
you push me to net more people and get done.we have to use outside resorces to do that.' got bids and
they were close to one another, one was from St. John and the other St.Thomas and I hired both. I think
the difference in cost is more than made up for the time we save in getting everyone out of
here, my personnel projections show all but Tom and a small crew on board after the 1st of
Nov. dependent on using these subs.
I expect to have work sheets of schedules and staff reductions to everyone tomorrow.
Do you want me to stop all work on the walls now?and revise the schedules?
