Again, the National Transitional Council is in desperate need for funds and
humanitarian aid (in the form of donations and more importantly credit, secured by
sovereign guarantees) to keep things together until frozen funds are released. So any
assistance would earn valuable good will to donors and those who arrange it. It is a
real opportunity and should be taken seriously.
