Subject: LSJ Insurance
LSJ insurance renewal date was 5/15/2011 Insurance co is looking for an ok to
renew policy and is now threatening penalties or not to renew if they do not
receive an answer immediately.
Annual cost is $325,000 for $21,552,760 of coverage (10% wind deductible and
$2,500 for all other perils)
Some highlights of policy include: (1,500,000 hardscape, office pavilion
2,732,000, mech bldg 3,234,000 and generator 3,760,000)
My recommendation is to renew as we can cancel at anytime and get back pro rata
unearned premium
