We must buy their c plus. I think we offer them 1.5m. But may need to settle on I .6m
If je will hold the note on their c plus for me I will sell it and give him the amount of the note,
for sake of this conversation 1.5m.
He pays me my 100k comm on the sale of 750 and gets the value of the trade he gave on the c
plus when I sell it, I keep the difference
