The Landmark team is doing a business plan on a property in Savannah. Georgia. We will spend most of the
week of April 18 in Savannah. The biggest employer by far is Gulfstream. I recall, with humor and admiration,
your large Gulfstream purchase a few years back and I realize it did not make you a friend of Teddy Forstmann,
however, I thought you might know someone on the Board or in management that could get me an introduction
to the Human Resources person where I could get a better understanding of the residential potential of this
property.
