I have reserved her on the usual American Airlines direct flight from St Thomas to New York on
August the 26th. There were no economy seats available so I reserved her in Business.
On the 31st the only direct flight from New York to St Thomas is an afternoon flight and gets to
St Thomas at approximately 8pm. I have reserved her in economy. Is this ok?
On the 3rd of September there is no direct flight. I have reserved her on a connecting flight
through San Juan.
I asked Amex why there is a lack of direct flights and they said they think it is a seasonal change
in response to demand.
