thanks „ frank is a scumbag, this is a shitty agreeement for you„ however it says that imad must
provide security for your loan , as soon as you ask„ I would immediatly , draft an email that says
the following,
::: As per our loan agreement dated Sept 27, 2010. and given the fact that you have receieved
monies from the sale of the elite interest defined and have continued to refuse to transfer monies
as the installment in paragraph 3 suggested I am herby dcmandimg security for the entire loan as
is my right described in paragrah 6. and will take all necessary steps , at your cost , to enforce my
rights , if i do not receieve payment of the 56k euros that i have been promised no later than april
30 2012. Im sorry that it has again come to this but , as you know this agreement was made as
part of our overall settlement and a non deleivery of the secuirity will be deemed to be a violation
of your agreement.. I will leave all options open as to all the other issues previously agreed in
your interest.
