I feel in an awkward positon . I have spoken at length to Eileen . your financial architecture is
complex , and does not scale from that of a dentist. A mandatory distribution of 100 million per
year to charity is not in your childrcos or your interst. In the example given in the letter. it refers
to pedestrian amounts of money. These structures are designed merely to save taxes . they are
the energy efficncent plumbing. no more. you need to first design the house.
