other side on dec 15 . you had agreed to pay the money from the sale of elite , to me in january. I
am glad to hear that you are doing well. I find myself in an funny positoin as I have relied fully on
frank to help us resolve this matter. I have told him that I am disappointed that as of today i have
yet to receive what frank has said you promised to deliver. It might be easier if I find someone
less inovled in our lives to deal with these isssues.. I have told frank that i think it fair to the both
of us if I wait until the end of this month so as not to stress you. As of may 1st , i will replace
frank in this matter. hope to get this resolved
