There are no clinics in London listing her as a health provider and she is not registered as an NHS provider.
She is not a member of the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology:

A search for anything in the published peer reviewed literature reveals nothing. Feel free to verify:

I called the head of our EEG lab here in Seattle and he tells me he has never heard of her work but that there
are plenty of people doing EEG in this area and it is controversial (surface leads for cognition usually are).
I tried a detailed online search and can't find much beyond her 2009 TED talk.
Given the above, I am not sure she is practicing or affiliated with any clinical/accredited organizations.
