Day prior. What is outline for the men- exact work to be done by each trade
Then at noon- a quick report on how they are progressing for the day
Then at end of day. Did they complete the goal- if not why not
Make craig give this to you- anyone during the day
He needs to have accountability on the men in 4 hour segments- have him do this
You are going to have this type of accountability anyway in the future. So start here- if he goes home- who cares
at this point
