I think you should take the office „ leave it exactly as is, tell them you
want it, immediatly or as soon as possible for the next three months.
to rent. after those three months you will decide on lease.. you can
start asap. put up a sign„ organize , and lets see how it works for
three months without having the risk that you get stuck with the
difficutl space
