attached is a proper time line and updated cost list with apt 4M added. If we keep 4M, it
will need new bathroom, floors refinished, painted, new appliances and some
new furniture, not all. I'm having Anthony go in today and do another smell test
to access the situation.
Please note and 10F are not complete; still waiting for furniture input of Karyna and
I know Karyna has ordered some furniture and she is going to send me the
u ated costs and what has been ordered so far. I will add once I receive this.
Also waiting on quote for window treatments and will add when received.
