Hall - I emailed him to get another date once he returns this weekend but no response as yet.
Erika has been trying to set the meeting up through Zumwalt as it is most appropriate to go
through him. He has not been responsive to her.
I am going to tell Monique on Tuesday when I get back. I assume we will use the same terms we
used for Leon and Loretta.
