I just spoke to Bella again and she says she always goes to the Broadway and 40th Western Union
Location to do this type of wire...she has tried to do on the phone and has not been
successful..they just deny you. I was able to get 50% off the fee they are going to charge because
of the hassle of having to go in person with cash...Its not a problem...I have the cash and can
go...just say the word! (reminder, Monday is a holiday, so if we wait, it won't happen until
Tuesday)
