i am disppointed but everyone was clear that alan said he had an opinion more than one time- it
was not- will , could, may, but a resounding yes- we have an opinion and it is available, -- silly,
to overstate something that has potential and is complex. it was not in any way open to
interpretation , and since new jersey and coney island are similar , i too hope that next time will
be happier for us both
