your co at this time. As we , bgi, had signed a confidentiality provision I felt I had no legal
choice but to agree as you asked, that I not share our findings and disagreements about valuation
with Jeffrey. I have not done so,In addition neither Bill nor I can accept any advisor shares as you
suggested and wish you well and good luck with your co.
