I think that after you review the 97 does. and the details of the BFP. that you will conclude that
it best that we start afresh, we can discuss, we should trigger the cap gains for the kids while
leon is still on the hook for the payment. ie a living grantor . re- do will( pourover), trusts for
each kid , trust for family and friends, foundation for each kid, review partnership. review
income tax structure, revise my letter agreement regarding certain rights. ie limiting them for
leons use alone.
