that was helpful, issues, I have before never been on this side of the table , so its amusing,
finders fee and pre deal interest , is funky, leasing fee is a small adjustment, I apprieciate your
first suggestions, reduce mgmt fee to 5 %. maybeeven less for a couple of years , as the lack
of cap ex , did not help the property. my tummy says that half the pre deal interest , needs to be
credited back to me but only IF THIS number and its origin is correct. needs further reveiw. .
I suggest the following , I buy fuel at cost , or free, I get reduced rent , and slips if not frec.for
some period, somehow make up, with your consent , what appears to have been mostly my
oversight. I deserve it,
