the actual money is received by the foundation in the future, 3. the discounted value of the
deduction can be used today for polio. 4 the donor gets the polio reputational credit now. 5 the
foundation , " fronts the money , with the irrevocable guarantee " provided by the structure.( can't
be changed without dire tax consequences to the donor ). 5 everyone except the govt wins. in
essence funding todays polio with future estate tax paid to the foundation instead of govt.
