Dear Lesley: Thank you for you call. In the middle of December I
advised Lisa D'Avolio of Skadden Arps that I would like Karyna
to make an appointment to see me to discuss her case. Lisa
advised me that she emailed Karyna and requested that she do
so. I have not heard from either one since that time regarding
this matter. I am sorry but I do not know Mr. Epstein and
therefore could not speak with him about Karyna unless she
would specifically advise me in writing to discuss her case with
him. Thank you.
