attached are three checks that Jeanne is holding as i have not yet received your approval to release
a) David check $2000 - issue was he only worked 8 days not 10 days therefore i believe overpaid
by 400
b) Dennis Barrett - cistern work - requesting deposit of 8,500 (seems very high) on 13,200 total
bid (bid did not breakout materials vs labor)
c) Coral Bay - $6,561.15 - this was francis work with for
mulch/compost/insecticide/seeds/plant materials
if you are available today i am free to discuss above along with other open items
