As per your earlier call with Mr Shaher, please find (the
DCI in charge of this case) details below which was gotten from her
correspondences some time last year with FAH's Yemeni Lawyer, Mr Bakwali,
whom you met in Yemen.
I have been informed that Mr Bondevik, of the Oslo Centre for Peace and
Human Rights and the Ex Prime Minister of Norway, has had communications
with, and perhaps even met, wand there seems to be some latitude and
some room to manoeuvre vis-a-vis their stance on the issue at hand.
We are of the opinion that maybe you should make contact with her and verify if
this is the case and then we can strategise accordingly.
