'lending foundation' which has a mission statement of lending art to museums. Leon could donate
several artworks that are presently out on loan and get credit for the charitable donation. Was this

2- Larry Gaugosian is traveling. Ralph hopes to connect with him tomorrow and will be back re the
exchange. He said it is challenging to arrange at this $ level . Loan we would have to make would be
