Add'I debt in June (principally Canaan) $860K; then there was an interest expense payment in June of
$563K?? As there was no debt prior to June, this needs explanation. Ostensibly the loan infusion did not
go into funding ops
Also in June is a contra-commission (reduction of liability) - not clear why this was booked and what
journal entry was.
Why such large legal bill March/April - $285K. Also $12K of legal capitalized in that period.
