Everyone knows they only reason he is still there is Larry (true?) I think when I hear the stories of Andy and guy at Apple it just bums be out because I never did anything like the things they do. Yikes! I talked to a portfolio company of al6z (andresseen horowitz) called Lytro. They wanted me to consider CEO. It is better than I thought. I have a good idea for the CEO (the guy who did the demos in NY -- he's a harvey mudd engineer and a perfect fit for what they are looking for). They have a search firm (one person firm) I am going to connect with after the new year. At Microsoft, steve is in a bad spot. He hasn't put 2+2 together to realize that the way he handled me really impacted the reception of Windows 8. He is torturing folks. Doesn't seem sustainable. Bummer.
