I think if i could short bitcoin i would. ;. it says if you trade in bitcoin in ny , or with a ny person,
you keep records of each trade for ten years. provide audits quarterly, know the physical locaiton
of the person, be responbsible for capital minimums, notify autorityes if you smell trouble.
