As per your request the LSJ Projector will be removed and shipped to Osbee for evaluation. The
quote for its repair will be forwarded along with a completion date for your approval once the
problem has been identified.

As per your previous email. Celeste Peralta, Sony Concierge that provided the Zorro Projector is
no longer with the company, but with Rich's help we arc getting a new concierge and a quote for
a Sony 4k Projector for your review.
