Based upon my conversation with Martin yesterday afternoon I have revised the correspondence
based on my discussion with Martin. I understand that Martin will follow up with Ms. Dyce to see
whether he can achieve a satisfactory settlement. If you have any comments or changes to the
letter please email me and Christine otherwise the letter will be transmitted at 4:00 p.m. today.
Peggy, would you be please bring the outstanding invoices current. Martin has also received a
