Will check carefully again. I was just at a seminar yesterday morn, heard an attorney review all the
requirements. As long as this is family only money, we shouldn't/ I shouldn't. I believe PTC operates
under the state law instead and that's why many are choosing to form them since Dodd Frank went into
effect.
