I think the directive to paul Weiss, re art space. is to have it protected / excapsulated and have
an ownership structure that assumes former sharelholders. account holders or othres will bring
lawsuits. they shold not be able to climb up any ladder into anything meaningful. even putting in
an off shore blocker. might be considered. maybe one already in existence.
