Subject Schedule for Paving Project - July 14, 2014
Greetings Sir,
Mrs. Jackson of Boyson just spoke with me regarding your request to move the schedule for the
paving project from the first week of August to the week of July 28th.
Unfortunately, the barge that will be transporting the equipment and materials is down for repairs
until the end of July.
I still planned to call Better Roads and Boyson on Wednesday, July 16 to coordinate the logistics
of the transportation, and get a confirmed schedule for your review and approval.
Is this okay?
