I m aware of the case and it is not relevant to us. If Leon and the trust gets sued by a
shareholder because they think they were screwed, cash at 3tims vs, stock in a new shitty
entity, it causes major issues, a lawsuit , in fact likely will be public and say that Icon screwed
the shareholders knowing what he bought was desgined etc
