The two designers are full time (one at $125/hour, the other $100/hour), the project admin is
approx 10/week, I am approx 3 days per week. On average for 5 months (Aug-Dec) it's just over
$65k/month, my proposal is rounded down to the fixed fee of $65k. For the first month we're
working but not at full time, thus $30K.
