APO will be wiring $77,890,819.44 on May 30, 2014 to the Black Family Partners account ending in
#135. This amount relates to the 2014 Ca distribution of $0.84 per share. This will not include the
heritage adjustment. We are awaiting payment from Mill Partners.
Robert Geraghty will follow up with his office to see where the heritage payment stands and revert
back. (They say they had a meeting last week to discuss, but they needed to take Josh through it in
more detail before payment could be made.) In addtition 180 kfrom last year will get paid that
inadvertantly didn't.
