a) Brandon Thompson - 11,000 (has done work in white house - 5-6 days for outside then
3-4 days inside)
b) Artistic Finishing 12,500 (12 days to complete job)
c) Marco's Restoration - 16,525
Simply Elegant - 7,800 - they will not honor 2012 bid and this bid was not as
thorough as all 3 bids above
I believe that Brandon Thompson is the most qualified and will do an excellent job. He can
finish exterior before you return on the 19th of June.
You must decide on the exterior finish:
a) shinny
b) semi shinny
c) matt
Please advise if ok to proceed with Brandon Thompson 11,000 bid and if so what type of finish
you would like.
