Good news on the pirate looks. They pretty much all resemble a band if Somalian hijackers when
they arrive in the morning, so uniforms will make a big change.
I'd also recommend to put Jermaine in a crisp white shirt when he picks up guests at the airport.
Along with an iPad he can hold with the guests name. He can just keep a few shirts ready in the
office and only wear on formal driving runs. He is the first staff member they meet on arrival.
